2) Returns

We hope that you are happy with your purchase from West Bend Furniture. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us by our email to discuss the options available. Our email address is info@westbendfurniture.com.

Special Orders are not subject to cancellation after 72 hours and are not returnable. For in stock items, there are no returns after 30 days and returns prior to 30 days are based on inspection. A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returns.

Refunds will be made by the original payment method. Returns will require a Return Materials Authorization and will incur a 25% restocking fee. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of returning products to us. We recommend you send the products back as recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not reach us. For authorized returns and refunds, please allow at least 7 working days for returns to be processed once they reach our warehouse and at least a further 3 days for any refund to appear in your account.
