We offer complimentary in-store design service to help you select home furnishings that fit into your lifestyle. Our educated and professional staff will assist you in pulling together beautiful fabrics and finishes to compliment any decor. We can also help you with furniture placement within your existing floor plans. In addition, we offer full in-home design service. This appointment will be tailored to your design needs from new construction or remodeling to wall color, flooring, custom window treatments, accessories, furniture, bedding and layout. If your design needs go beyond what we can do in your initial consultation, design fees do apply.

In-Home Consultation and Design Fees

There is a $100.00 fee charged at the time of the initial in-home appointment; the appointment usually lasts for 1 hour. During the visit, the designer does a field measure and discusses the goals for the space. Following the initial appointment the designer prepares a presentation to be reviewed with the client at West Bend Furniture at a future appointment. If a one-time purchase of $2,000.00 of furniture is made within 6 months of the in-home design appointment, the $100.00 fee is credited on the client invoice for the purchase. Additional design service appointments (in-home or at another location outside the store) are available at a fee of $65.00 per hour.
